Own and build People Operations systems and programs spanning onboarding, compliance, immigration, benefits, HR technology, and employee experience as the organization grows.
What you'll do
- Manage onboarding end-to-end and build onboarding, manager-training, and coaching programs.
- Run employment compliance and immigration case management, coordinating with outside counsel and supporting international hiring.
- Evaluate and maintain HRIS, payroll, benefits, documentation, and tracking systems; partner across the organization to build scalable operations.

- Experience supporting immigration processes in coordination with outside counsel.

Pay
$275,000 - $325,000 USD annual base salary
