Lead a printing-plant production crew and operate offset and digital web presses to maintain production quality, performance, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Direct, train, and develop crew members while supporting a safe, effective production line.
- Facilitate Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walk discussions to improve communication and processes.
- Operate multiple pieces of production equipment and troubleshoot machine issues.
