Director Partnerships and Alliances

What you'll do

• Source and assess strategic partners, negotiate commercial agreements, and develop joint business plans and commercial models.
• Build partner-driven pipeline and revenue through joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling, and customer proof points.
• Track partnership performance and financial results; coordinate with Product, Sales, Finance, and partners to address issues and scale or exit partnerships.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with technology, consulting, or professional services partners.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements with enterprise partners.
• Track record building partner-sourced pipeline and executing co-sell motions with direct sales teams.
• Experience with executive partner relationships, revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting, and financial accountability for partner- or channel-sourced business.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal, tax, audit, or professional services technology markets; familiarity with cloud and AI ecosystem partner programs.
• Experience designing or operating partner tiering and governance frameworks; MBA or equivalent experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting.

Pay

$199,500 USD - $370,500 USD target total cash compensation range (inclusive of base pay and target sales incentive)
