Implements and configures the ONESOURCE Pagero e-invoicing platform for customers, supporting project delivery, training, troubleshooting, and pre-sales.
What you'll do
- Configure, implement, test, and document customer solutions; manage project plans and timelines.
- Train end users and super users, troubleshoot configurations, and resolve customer support issues.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams, and support demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.
