Leads delivery and day-to-day operations for Internal Audit’s transformation, embedding automation, analytics, and AI across audit, forensics, and controls workflows.
What you'll do
- Own sprint cadence, ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and delivery roadmaps across transformation workstreams.
- Manage work allocation, resourcing, capacity, pilot sequencing, and cross-functional dependencies; identify and escalate blockers and risks.
- Track delivery metrics and program health, report progress to stakeholders, and coach teams in agile practices and continuous improvement.
