Build and lead development of a high-volume document-processing platform powering Thomson Reuters AI products, primarily in Rust backend services and also in C#/.NET.
What you'll do
- Design, build, operate, and optimize the queue-driven processing pipeline, including reliability, performance, scaling, and safe service contracts.
- Lead cross-team projects from requirements and design through production rollout; mentor engineers and influence platform direction.
- Use and evaluate coding agents, improve agent tooling and workflows, and own code correctness and production support.
