About the job
Manufactures opto-mechanical assemblies by preparing materials, assembling and aligning components, taking measurements, and checking product quality.
What you'll do
- Kit components, assemble products with mechanical fasteners and epoxies, and package completed work for the next step or customer.
- Measure and align parts using metrology devices and alignment equipment; inspect components for defects and handle and clean precision optics.
- Maintain manufacturing records, troubleshoot production issues, cross-train, and assist with training less experienced team members.
