Processes imaging sales orders, quotes, and inquiries; coordinates fulfillment across departments; and supports customer communication and sales administration.
What you'll do
- Process orders, quotes, and inquiries, checking pricing and product details and entering orders into the ERP system.
- Coordinate delivery dates, production, logistics, quoting, and resolution of customer or technical issues.
- Maintain sales and customer records, manage the sales email inbox, and create and distribute leads in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software.
