Designs and develops opto-mechanical products and systems, coordinating fabrication, testing, and implementation to meet design and customer specifications.
What you'll do
- Design opto-mechanical products, including complicated and custom projects, and research design requirements and feasibility.
- Coordinate fabrication, installation, and testing to ensure products meet engineering and customer specifications.
- Support engineering research and development, manage product documentation in the ERP system, and mentor peers, technicians, or new hires.
