What you'll do
- Support customers worldwide by phone, web chat, and email; troubleshoot applications and recommend products or solutions.
- Reproduce setups and develop technical solutions in the lab; assist with custom-product design and product development.
- Support sales and marketing activities, including trade shows, customer visits, and creating technical materials.
