Provides customer-facing technical support for photonics products, troubleshooting applications and developing solutions with customers and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support by phone, web chat, and email; troubleshoot customer applications and reproduce setups in the lab.
- Develop customized solutions, assist with custom product design, and contribute feedback to product development.
- Support sales and marketing activities, including trade shows, customer visits, and creating technical materials.
