Leads and coaches a team of AI Outcomes Managers, owning customer portfolio outcomes, retention, and expansion while building the team’s outcomes-management playbook.
What you'll do
- Manage portfolio GRR and NRR; oversee renewals, account health, and proactive expansion.
- Coach and develop AI Outcomes Managers, setting standards for account ownership and customer value narratives.
- Build outcomes-planning, adoption, and QBR processes; partner cross-functionally and communicate portfolio metrics to leadership.
