About the job
Own the availability, reliability, security, and efficiency of ThoughtSpot’s multi-cloud enterprise SaaS platform, including Kubernetes infrastructure, databases, and AI-augmented operations.
What you'll do
- Operate and scale production services across AWS and GCP, including Kubernetes control and data planes and cloud-native databases.
- Integrate AI Ops and LLM agents for anomaly detection, incident triage, runbook execution, and incident summaries; automate operational work.
- Lead incident response and post-mortems, and drive capacity planning, security, observability, and reliability improvements.
