Leads federal agency deployments of Thread AI’s orchestration platform, from problem scoping and architecture through compliance and production delivery.
What you'll do
- Own deployment lifecycles, translating agency problems into production plans and driving execution.
- Scope federal requirements, map agency data flows, prepare ATO materials, and anticipate compliance obstacles.
- Design deployment architectures, advise on technical trade-offs, and help shape the federal practice, including strategy, partnerships, delivery, and hiring.
What they ask for
- Federal landscape experience with at least some of FedRAMP, ATO packages, FISMA, NIST 800-53, or IL4/IL5.
- Technical understanding of APIs, data pipelines, orchestration engines, and AI/ML models, including ability to assess architecture diagrams.
- Experience shipping meaningful production work; comparable complexity in federal, defense, intelligence, or heavily regulated domains counts.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects from beginning to end.
Nice to have
- Active TS/SCI clearance, or active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
- Direct experience deploying AI/ML systems in federal or DoD environments.
Pay
USD 150,000 – USD 230,000 per year base salary
