Build and lead TickPick’s in-house legal function, advising leadership and managing legal strategy, risk, compliance, transactions, and legal operations.
What you'll do
- Negotiate commercial and partnership agreements; manage consumer-facing policies, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead legal work for acquisitions and strategic transactions, and monitor laws, licensing, and government-affairs matters affecting the business.
- Advise on employment, equity administration, governance, and compliance; manage outside counsel and develop AI-enabled legal workflows.
