AI Engineer Graduate (Client Arch) - 2027 Start

What you'll do

• Develop AI-enabled tools for code maintenance, refactoring, diagnosis, CI/CD optimization, and knowledge management.
• Create benchmarks to evaluate AI-assisted engineering productivity, stability, and code correctness.
• Design platform architectures and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

What they ask for

• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Hands-on software development experience through coursework, internships, open source, or personal projects.
• Practical experience in at least two of client/application, server, and data layers, with basic understanding of the others.
• Basic system design ability and understanding of engineering fundamentals such as build, dependency management, CI/CD, automation, or deployment.

Nice to have

• Project or internship experience building AI applications or agents, or integrating LLMs into developer workflows.
• Experience with engineering productivity, developer platforms, CI/CD, automation, or observability tooling.
