What you'll do

• Participate in model design, optimization, training, and evaluation; identify performance gaps and suggest improvements.
• Support the data production lifecycle, including defining dataset standards, evaluating models, and ensuring data quality.
• Explore LLM tools and training methods to improve the efficiency, scalability, and coverage of data workflows.

What they ask for

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in computer science, data science, product management, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in large language models (LLMs), and willingness to learn related tools such as basic API usage.
• Good learning ability, logical thinking, and analytical skills; able to identify simple problems and propose solutions with guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or familiarity with content safety compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis or model optimization.
