AI Product Operations Project Intern (TikTok-Platform Responsibility-Teen Experience) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

What you'll do

• Support model design, optimization, training, and evaluation; identify performance gaps and propose improvements.
• Help manage the data production lifecycle, including dataset standards, model evaluations, and data quality.
• Explore LLM tools and training methods to improve data workflows, efficiency, and model generalization.

What they ask for

• Able to work for 12 weeks in 2026.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in computer science, data science, product management, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in LLMs, and willingness to learn related tools such as basic API usage.
• Good learning ability, logical thinking, and analytical skills; able to identify simple problems and propose solutions with guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or familiarity with content safety compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis or model optimization.
