What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end research using quantitative and qualitative methods to investigate safety problems and assess interventions.
- Analyze behavioral, operational, and enforcement data; develop measurement frameworks for safety outcomes and policy effectiveness.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations and partner across Policy, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
