What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end moderation capabilities for accurate rejection decisions, interpretable reasoning, and intelligent remediation.
• Help build a scalable content-understanding and moderation system for complex and adversarial content.

What they ask for

• Completing or recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Modeling experience in at least one of Ads, Search engine, Recommender System, NLP/CV, multimodal, or agent technologies.
• Solid foundation in LLM algorithms, including practical experience with single-modal LLM application and deployment.
• Strong publication record in top conferences, such as ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, ICCV, and ECCV.
