Backend Engineer Graduate (User Growth) - 2027 Start

What you'll do

• Develop backend systems, scalable services, and data pipelines for growth, search and discovery, content optimization, and traffic acquisition.
• Apply AIGC to content generation and evaluation, and contribute to AI/Agentic workflow and Auto Research systems.
• Collaborate across product, data, algorithm, and design teams to deliver reliable production systems with measurable impact.

What they ask for

• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with one or more of Golang, Python, Java, or C++, and a good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with backend development, system design, microservice architecture, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with databases, cache systems, and cloud-native components such as MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Docker, or Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Internship, project, or research experience in backend development, distributed systems, microservices, data platforms, or large-scale consumer-facing systems.
• Experience or strong interest in AI-related backend systems, AI agents, search, recommendation, content platforms, or growth engineering.
