Fullstack Software Engineer, Global E-commerce User Growth

What you'll do

• Design, build, maintain, test, launch, monitor, and optimize scalable backend systems and features.
• Translate growth strategies and experimentation needs into technical solutions; contribute to technical design and architecture.
• Develop data and insights capabilities for analyzing user behavior, growth performance, campaign effectiveness, and product opportunities.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience, including building scalable, reliable backend systems and working knowledge of frontend development.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, Python, Go, or Node.js); familiarity with modern frontend technologies, API design and development (REST or GraphQL), microservices, and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience with testing infrastructure, frameworks, or automated testing systems; basic experience using AI-assisted development tools and validating AI-generated code or solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in user growth, E-commerce, monetization, advertising, or other data-driven consumer products; or contributing to initiatives from 0 to 1 or scaling systems and products.
• Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-powered solutions; or collaborating with globally distributed teams across time zones.
