What you'll do
- Counsel stakeholders on export controls, product classifications, technology transfers, and new product development.
- Draft and negotiate trade compliance terms, lead international trade due diligence, and manage licensing, agency matters, reviews, and disclosures.
- Develop and maintain export compliance policies, controls, training, risk assessments, and supporting processes and tools.
