What you'll do
- Advise stakeholders on export controls, product classifications, cross-border technology transfers, licensing, and new product development.
- Draft and negotiate trade compliance provisions; lead trade due diligence, government engagement, internal reviews, and voluntary self-disclosures.
- Develop and maintain export compliance policies, controls, training, risk assessments, and process automation tools.
