What you'll do
- Advise stakeholders on export controls, product classifications, technology transfers, licensing, and related legal risks.
- Draft and negotiate trade compliance terms, conduct transaction due diligence, and represent the company before government agencies.
- Develop and maintain export compliance policies, controls, training, risk assessments, and process tools.
