What you'll do
- Assist with incentive system operations and monthly settlement and payout; verify calculations and investigate data anomalies.
- Help translate Latam business needs into product requirements and PRDs, and build and maintain BI dashboards.
- Create user training and enablement materials, promote tool adoption, and respond to system queries from sales teams and clients.
