Head of Global Payments Technology Audit

What you'll do

• Develop audit strategies and plans for payment, lending, and regulated financial products; lead complex audits and advisory reviews from planning through executive reporting.
• Serve as the technology audit lead in regulator and supervisory-authority relationships, and review payment platforms, processing, security, and integrations.
• Assess technology risks, recommend practical controls, advise engineering and product teams, and maintain audit quality and consistency.

What they ask for

• Progressive compliance or technology auditing experience in payments, fintech, lending, professional services, or regulatory bodies.
• Strong understanding of payment regulations and experience reviewing payment systems, technology architecture, and related controls.
• Experience building audit plans for payment or FinTech entities in APAC or EMEA and independently leading complex audits through executive reporting.
• Prior experience working with regulators responsible for payment or money transmitter regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with global or multi-jurisdictional payment and lending products; familiarity with payment regulatory requirements such as PSD2, DORA, PSR, AMLD, MAS, BNM, BI, or SBV.
• Experience with data analytics, automated audit testing, SQL, Python, or other technology-enabled audit techniques; relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CAMS, or CIA.
