Serves as HR business partner for US logistics operations, building organizations and people-management systems for fulfillment and sortation facilities.
What you'll do
- Own 0-to-1 organization buildout for self-operated facilities and advise on organization design, headcount, and labor models.
- Build and optimize workforce systems for attendance, payroll, performance, benefits, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate with HR teams on new-site establishment, compliance, and system integration; build relationships with facility leaders and staffing partners.
