Serves as HR business partner for U.S. e-commerce logistics operations, building organizations and people-management systems for fulfillment and sortation facilities.
What you'll do
- Own 0-to-1 organization buildout for self-operated facilities and advise on organizational design, headcount, and labor models.
- Build and optimize logistics people-management systems for attendance, payroll, performance, frontline benefits, and safety.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external warehouse, 3PL, and staffing partners on site establishment, compliance, and system integration.
