What you'll do

• Lead incubation of next-generation LLM solutions and define short- and medium-term objectives.
• Design methods, tools, data recipes, and experiments to advance large language models; explore new architectures and inference-efficient designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement LLM projects and extend research insights to academia.

What they ask for

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or C++.
• Track record working with deep learning frameworks such as pytorch, deepspeed, megatron, or vllm.

Nice to have

• Published research papers or contributions to the LLM community.
• Experience with inference tuning and acceleration, AI accelerators, large-scale AI networks, evaluation, or LLM application and agent development.
