What you'll do
- Analyze LOA patterns, investigate anomalies, forecast leave demand, and assess operational and cost impacts.
- Create reports and dashboards, present findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support policy evaluation and compliance, and collaborate with HR, payroll, department managers, and technical teams.
