Supports an Onsite Manager with daily sort-center warehouse operations, performance tracking, staffing, safety, and coordination across transportation teams.
What you'll do
- Coordinate daily inbound, inventory, picking, packing, putaway, and outbound activities; support SOP, quality, and safety compliance.
- Track throughput, productivity/UPH, and service levels; help identify bottlenecks and propose or follow up on improvements.
- Assist with labor planning, team coaching, 5S practices, and communication with warehouse and transportation teams.
