Machine Learning Engineer, AI Agent

What you'll do

• Build and evaluate the AI agent’s core capabilities, including task planning, scheduling, tool invocation, multimodal interaction, and deep research.
• Develop reusable, high-performance Skills for advertising sales and customer acquisition scenarios.
• Enable agent learning from interaction data and build reliable infrastructure, optimizing system performance and stability.

What they ask for

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with at least one mainstream Agent framework.
• Strong understanding of LLM and AI Agent principles, architectures, Multi-Agent systems, Context Engineering, and Memory.
• Strong AI/ML background and coding skills; proficiency in C/C++ or Python.
