Machine Learning Engineer Graduate (Commercial AI-CRM and Transaction) - 2027 Start

What you'll do

• Research and build enterprise agents for reasoning, planning, knowledge augmentation, memory, and autonomous decision-making.
• Develop intelligent dialogue and AI sales technologies, including real-time speech and multi-turn interactions.
• Use customer data, business knowledge, LLMs, and machine learning for risk assessment, customer profiles, and business insights.

What they ask for

• Completing or recently completed a Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on familiarity with at least one mainstream Agent framework.
• Knowledge of LLM and AI Agent principles, Agent architectures, Multi-Agent systems, Context Engineering, and Memory.
• Solid AI/ML background, knowledge of SFT and RLHF, and proficiency in C/C++ or Python with strong data structures and algorithms fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Practical experience fine-tuning models for specific tasks.
