Machine Learning Engineer, Recommendation - E-Commerce

What you'll do

• Design optimization strategies for recommendation pipelines handling 10 million to 100 million products or creator contents.
• Build long- and short-term user-interest models and develop algorithms to identify latent interests.
• Develop, evaluate, and iterate on candidate-generation and ranking models, including CTR and conversion prediction, data pipelines, features, and supporting tools.

What they ask for

• Bachelor above degree in computer science or relevant areas.
• 3+ years of experience and a solid foundation in data structures and algorithm design.
• Proficiency in one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or R.
• Familiarity with machine/deep learning, causal inference, optimization algorithms, and at least one of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet, including training and deployment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MR or Spark.
• Experience in recommendation, advertising, ranking, search, information retrieval, NLP, machine learning, large-scale data mining, relevant publications, or data-mining/machine-learning competitions.
