Product Operations Manager - Merchant Platform, TikTok Local Services (Multiple Positions)

What you'll do

• Develop operations and go-to-market strategies aligned with platform capabilities and business requirements.
• Analyze product and operational data and merchant feedback to improve onboarding, recruitment, engagement, and product variety.
• Create operational guidelines, dashboards, and reports; define success metrics and evaluate initiatives with cross-functional teams.

What they ask for

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Analytics (any), Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 1 year of related work experience; OR bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in one of those fields, plus 3 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning.
• At least 1 year of experience conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market science analysis, including customer interviews and surveys; and analyzing product and system performance data.
• At least 1 year of experience managing cross-functional projects and presenting product or project documents to business leaders and stakeholders.

Pay

$102600 - $143640 per year (base salary)
