Product Operations Project Intern (TikTok-Platform Responsibility-Teen Experiences) - 2026 Start

What you'll do

• Support content review, risk identification, enforcement workflows, and review-quality processes, including guidelines, metrics, and basic data analysis.
• Monitor operational metrics and risk trends, support root-cause analysis, and help improve SOPs, escalation processes, and quality-assessment mechanisms.
• Collaborate on safety tools, AI model training and evaluation solutions, and cross-market initiatives aligned with platform policies and compliance requirements.

What they ask for

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, with an interest in product operations, operational strategy, content governance, Trust & Safety, or related areas.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including using data and metrics to identify issues and support improvements.
• Project execution and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology platforms, social media, or global internet businesses; cross-functional or cross-regional projects.
• Familiarity with automation, AI-assisted moderation, data analysis, or workflow-management tools; exposure to Trust & Safety areas.
