What you'll do
- Support leasing strategy, portfolio analysis, forecasting, and business cases for workplace needs.
- Coordinate real estate activities including site selection, market studies, tours, transaction approvals, and lease negotiations.
- Maintain portfolio programs, processes, dashboards, and KPIs; oversee compliance, reporting, rent payments, and budget performance.
