What you'll do

• Develop agent runtime, context and memory management, tools, skills, and production safety controls.
• Build post-training and data-flywheel systems that turn conversations into training, evaluation, and retrieval signals.
• Create rigorous evaluation, self-improvement, and online experimentation systems for agent changes.

What they ask for

• Completing or recently completed a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Strong Python plus one of C++ / Go / Rust / Java.
• Solid ML / DL / NLP fundamentals and hands-on experience with LLMs or agents.
• Basic statistical literacy and ability to turn research papers or engineering blogs into working code.

Nice to have

• Built an agent runtime, memory/context system, RAG or tool-use agent, or fine-tuned/post-trained model.
• Relevant hands-on experience in post-training, agent systems, evaluation, self-improving systems, inference/serving, or multilingual NLP; publications, competition results, or notable open-source contributions are also valued.
