What you'll do

• Research and develop computer vision and machine learning, including multimodal understanding, vision-language methods, and large-scale training.
• Explore AI-centered product ideas.
• Train and optimize multimodal models, improve image and video generation, and research agent tool-calling, long-horizon tasks, and agentic RL.

What they ask for

• Completing or recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong coding skills in Python/C++.
• High competence in algorithms and programming.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in multimodal understanding, vision and language, language models for downstream tasks, large-scale training, or RLHF.
• Publications at venues such as CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGGRAPH, or SIGGRAPH Asia.
