Research Scientist Intern (TikTok-Recommendation) - 2027 Start (PhD)

What you'll do

• Build recommendation systems and deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions for product challenges.
• Optimize recommendation algorithms and infrastructure across the machine learning system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product strategies and solutions for important markets.

What they ask for

• Currently pursuing a PhD in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Proficient coding skills and strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, using C++, Python, or another programming language.
• Machine learning experience and familiarity with at least one deep learning framework, such as PyTorch or Tensorflow.
• Experience in at least one area such as NLP, CV, recommender systems, or machine learning; effective communication and teamwork skills.
