Search Safety & Operations Project Intern（TikTok-Platform Responsibility-Search）- 2026 Start

What you'll do

• Identify and mitigate search safety risks, including risks related to major events and emerging public concerns, and coordinate cross-functional implementation and evaluation of responses.
• Monitor social media incidents, trending topics, escalations, and public sentiment; investigate issues and support rapid-response operations and data analysis.
• Coordinate safety model implementation and data annotation with US Content Moderation Operations, evaluating moderation quality, model performance, and strategy effectiveness.

• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to drive project execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; understanding of social media, content safety risks, public discourse, and emerging social issues.
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese; able to manage risks and work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in content operations, strategy operations, or related functions at social media, content, or internet companies.
• Experience in search, recommendation systems, platform safety, content governance, public sentiment management, or LLM/AI applications.
