What you'll do

• Build conversational AI for customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, disputes, logistics, and seller support.
• Apply LLM post-training and create specialized training data and evaluation metrics to improve response quality.
• Develop multilingual support and optimize model efficiency, inference, and deployment at scale.

• Experience fine-tuning, distilling, or applying reinforcement learning to large language models for conversational AI.
• Proficiency in multilingual NLP, machine translation, and cross-lingual dialogue modeling.
