Provides legal and compliance guidance while building and improving TikTok’s global anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) program.
What you'll do
- Advise internal stakeholders on ABAC risks, including gifts, sponsorships, donations, and dealings with public officials; develop policies, controls, and risk-mitigation measures.
- Conduct risk-based third-party and M&A due diligence, and develop ABAC training and communications.
