What you'll do
- Advise internal stakeholders on ABAC risks, including gifts, entertainment, donations, sponsorships, and public-official engagement; develop related policies, controls, and risk mitigations.
- Conduct risk-based third-party due diligence, deliver ABAC training, and monitor compliance for red flags.
- Support investigations, enforcement-defense matters, and regulatory inquiries; track relevant legal and regulatory changes.
