Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Global E-commerce User Growth - Global E-Commerce Business Platform

What you'll do

• Design, build, launch, and continuously optimize reliable, high-performance growth systems and features.
• Develop data and insights capabilities for analyzing user behavior, growth performance, campaign effectiveness, and product opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions on growth strategies and architecture, and mentor engineers.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including building scalable, reliable backend and frontend systems.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, Python, Go, or Node.js), familiarity with modern frontend technologies, and experience with REST or GraphQL APIs, microservices, and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience with testing infrastructure or automated testing, and AI-assisted development tools, including evaluating, validating, and debugging AI-generated code or solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in user growth, E-commerce, monetization, advertising, or other data-driven consumer products; or scaling initiatives from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10.
• Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows, delivering projects using AI, mentoring engineers, or collaborating across global teams.
