About the job
Design and operate large-scale systems that enforce data retention and deletion, discover data assets, and verify deletion across TikTok’s storage and ML platforms.
What you'll do
- Build lifecycle management systems and reliable, high-throughput deletion pipelines across heterogeneous storage systems.
- Develop data discovery, classification, lineage, verification, auditing, and reporting capabilities.
- Extend retention controls to ML data and artifacts, and work with cross-functional teams to translate privacy requirements into platform capabilities.
