What you'll do

• Architect and build AI agent systems and develop the proprietary CRM platform’s backend.
• Build high-performance, highly available CRM solutions serving customers across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Data Science to apply AI to measurable growth outcomes.

What they ask for

• Completing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI agents and multi-agent workflows; familiarity with MCP, RAG, or code embedding.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot or other microservice frameworks, relational databases, big data, search, key/value stores, message queues, CRM platforms, or ad sales automation.
