Software Engineer Graduate (TikTok AI Search & Visual Search Infra Team) - 2027 Start

What you'll do

• Design and improve large-scale search infrastructure, indexing, retrieval, ranking, and data pipelines.
• Develop agent orchestration, RAG systems, and context and memory management.
• Deploy and optimize LLM/VLM training and inference, including GPU and kernel performance.

• Completing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong programming skills and a solid foundation in data structures and basic algorithms.
