Software Engineer Intern (TikTok-Agentic Creation-Effect Platform) - 2027 Summer

What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end creator product features across frontend, backend, and big data while ensuring compliance and fund safety.
• Deliver AI agents for trend discovery, personalization, and creator support, and evolve agent infrastructure and workflows.
• Work with product, operations, data science, and engineering teams to translate goals into measurable engineering work.

What they ask for

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or master’s program in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Available to work for 12 weeks in Summer 2027.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, and fluency in at least one of Golang, JavaScript, C/C++ or Python.
• Passion for agentic systems and basic knowledge of LLMs, prompts, skills, and MCPs.

Nice to have

• Background in UGC platforms or experience delivering designer-facing platforms at TikTok scale; backend and big data development experience.
• Experience building production Agent/LLM orchestration systems and familiarity with vector-based knowledge bases and RAG patterns.
